Bike Register / Marking Event and Beat Surgery: Wed 11 Feb 16:30 |

Dear Resident,
Your local Safer Neighbourhood Team will be at Bike Register / Marking event and Beat Surgery at St. Edward's church, Netley on 11 February, Wednesday at 16:30 - 18:00hrs.
Please take this opportunity to raise any concerns you may have and to find out what we are doing to tackle the issues that matter to you. Help keep your bike safe and secure, by getting it marked and registered, for FREE! The Bike Register scheme records and stores details of your bicycle in the event of being lost or stolen. The Bike Register is available to law enforcement and other organisation such as pawn shops and private buyers. You are 83% more likely to have your bike stolen if it is NOT Bike Register marked ๐ Local residents will have the opportunity to: - Have their bikes security marked - Receive crime prevention and cycle safety advice - Speak with their local PCSO and DNO and raise any concerns Please come along with your new or old bikes and get them registered by the local PCSO Mihaela Price and PC Simon Peacock, Neighbourhood Policing Team.
Any children younger than 16 years of age, will need to be with an adult in order to have their bikes registered. In order to take part, you will need to clean your bike frame where the frame number is located. Thank you ๐
THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD INDOOR IN THE CHURCH HALL, SO EVEN THE RAIN WONโT STOP US THIS TIME ๐
